The agreement

Using this website or placing an order means agreeing to these terms. They are written to be read, not skimmed, and they are short on purpose.

What TUCKLANE sells and what it claims

TUCKLANE sells home comfort products. The knee comfort wrap is a comfort routine, not a medical device and not a medical treatment. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Product descriptions state only what has been verified; where a number has not yet been measured on the production unit, the site says so instead of guessing. For medical questions, the right person is a doctor. Follow the included Guide, and do not use the wrap over broken skin, over areas without normal feeling, or against a doctor's advice.

Orders

TUCKLANE may decline or cancel an order in cases such as an undeliverable address, a suspected fraudulent payment, or an obvious pricing error. If an order is cancelled by TUCKLANE, the full amount paid is refunded and the reason is given.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and any shipping cost are shown at checkout before payment is taken. If a clear pricing mistake appears on the site and an order is placed at that price, TUCKLANE will make contact before charging, or cancel and refund in full.

Shipping, returns, and the guarantee

Shipping terms live in the Shipping Policy. Returns and the 60-Day Fit and Comfort Guarantee live in the Refund Policy. Both are written in the same plain language as these terms.

Using the site

The site may not be used for anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation, or to copy its content, images, or text for commercial use.

Site content

The text, photographs, and design of this store belong to TUCKLANE.

Beyond the guarantee

To the fullest extent the law allows, TUCKLANE's total liability for any claim connected to a product or this site is limited to the amount paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in them takes away statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms may be updated. The version posted on this page at the time of an order is the one that applies to it.
